Disappointing to read the Wikipedia entry about Reiki and realise that the person who wrote it may not have experienced Reiki - it is as though they are commenting about what they have read ...

My challenge to the person who wrote the entry:
How do I think ? Where does my awareness stem from ? And even though I can't actually answer these questions does that mean that these phenomena are not real ?

What does Reiki feel like ? November 13, 2005

When someone gives you a Reiki it feels as though their hands are radiating warmth, and there is a tingle almost like electricity. The process feels comforting and challenging at the same time.

Challenging because the process is based on you taking responsibility for being where you are, and consciously making a decision to change.
